THE CHAKRAS
The word 'chakra' is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning 'wheel'. This wheel of energy is continuously revolving or rotating.  There are seven main Chakra centres and there are many more minor ones.The chakras begin at the base of the spine and finish over the top of the head.
